Full Moon, Seeking Balance

We are all affected differently this full moon but here are a few things to be conscious of for the next few days.

1. The polarity of wanting time for self vs. needing to put time into a partnership if you have one or noticing the solitude a bit more if you don’t.
2. Trying to figure out balance in your life as you look at all of the things you are committed to, realizing you may have “too much” on your plate.
3. Watching your reactivity to things (I get in trouble on that one!)
4. And know that YOU have the power to transcend any planetary issue.

Moons can influence. Your level of self-awareness influences even more, and your consciousness and inspired actions truly drive and help you co-create your life.
So while we have a full moon - it’s just a couple of days - just notice what comes up for you and use it as an opportunity to notice any patterns and to grow.  Use it to allow your dreams to come to fruition as well.  And re-inspire yourself to go for them!      So, enjoy the Full Moon Vibe!!

The mirror is reflecting, sense of self is heightened. Charge forth, but first reflect.

Decisions is a back and forth consideration of every possible perspective.  The tricky thing is, they can loose themselves reflecting back what they see in others. If this is you, you are likely not having much fun right now.  Allow some space to allow any confusing fog to blow away. You may get up strength to say and do things that previously would have made you shudder.  Now you can be brave.  

Out bursts and Lightening flash changes are highly possible. Sudden moves in new directions can be grounded. Take a pause be kind to you put your feet on the earth, take salt water baths and, of course, your secret weapon: your intentions.
If you are going through some tough times remember “this too shall pass” and it will likely pass quickly. Hang in there. Think of what you do want not what you don’t. Trust your ability to attract what you need exactly when you need it.
We are up to some deeply healing work. Often it is these secret feelings of inadequacies that keep us small and the same. See what’s holding you back. Breathe through the feelings, once you feel them they can move on out. Its the effort to not feel that keeps us deep in our heat when we need balance with the heart. Be open to let go.  Be open to not knowing and then absolutely knowing.  

​Full moon energy is super helpful in releasing. Let go of bad habits, warts, frienemies, shitty situations.  You are a reflection of the people you spend the most time with. How is this line up with who you choose to be?  Might be time for the end. Which means its also time for the beginning.
